Marvel Rivals is back with a massive mid-season update, and Season 2.5: Hellfire Gala is packed with fresh content, exciting changes, and the return of one of Marvel’s most iconic Ultron. New Hero: Ultron
Ultron crashed Hellfire Gala by surprise attack and now mutants of Krakoa are facing toughest days. Cerebro which is stolen by Ultron has now evolved and converted into more powerful X-Tron, Ultron retreated to his new fortress Arakko. Ultron is programmed to learn and adapt in ways far beyond human capability. He can summon an army of automated drones that obey his every command, raising his chances of victory exponentially.
New Map: Hellfire Gala: Arakko
Once Krakoa’s sister island, Arakko is now a cold, mechanical wasteland after Ultron’s invasion. This new map offers destructible environments, high-tech terrain, and lore-rich storytelling that ties into the Hellfire Gala event.
Team-Up System Revamp
Team-Ups have received a major overhaul:
6 New Team-Up Abilities added
4 Abilities Removed
1 Team-Up Adjusted
Over 50% of Team-Ups have been updated since Season 0, allowing deeper synergy and strategy.
Marvel Rivals is adding the Jeff-nado Team-Up Ability.
New Features & Customization Options
Launching June 6, this limited-time experimental mode lets six players:
