Stellar Blade, the sci-fi action RPG from Shift Up that launched on PS5 and PC in April 2024, comes to Nintendo Switch 2 as the Complete Edition on November 5. It goes live at the same time worldwide, at 7 a.m. PT, which is midnight on November 6 in Korea and Japan. The price is $59.99.
What Is in the Complete Edition
It includes all earlier content, such as the NieR: Automata and Goddess of Victory: Nikke DLC. Some of it unlocks after you progress through the main story.
Physical and Digital Copies
The physical version carries the whole game on the cartridge, with no game-key card and no extra download. A limited SteelBook edition is also planned. Reports mention a free demo on Switch 2, so check the Nintendo eShop.
New Bayonetta Outfits
Four Bayonetta-inspired outfits arrive for free on Switch 2, PS5 and PC on the same day, so PS5 and PC players get something new too.
What We Still Do Not Know
We have not seen independent performance tests, so wait for detailed comparisons with PS5 and PC if image quality and frame rate matter to you.
Our early take: If you already played it on PS5 or PC, the main reasons to return are playing on the go and the new outfits. If you have never played it, this is a complete package. We are not giving a score because we have not played it
